You supply the wig, and we’ll give it the full Polished treatment! Your wig will be professionally customized and styled to arrive refreshed, polished, and ready to wear.

This service includes:

• Knot bleaching

• Hairline plucking

• Wash & conditioning

• Baby hairs, if desired

• Styling of choice

Wig Requirements: FRONTALS ARE ADDITIONAL ADD ON SEPARATE. Lace must be in good condition and suitable for customization.

Please provide a quality wig. We are not responsible for issues caused by the quality, construction, or condition of the wig provided. If we notice any concerns, we will contact you before proceeding.

After purchasing, your confirmation email will include instructions on where to ship your wig. Please include your name and order number inside your package. You may also include your desired style for additional verification.

Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days after your wig is received.
